Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the Sales, Customer Order Management, Operations, Warehouse & Logistics teams to ensure all orders are shipped according to promise dates
Analyze daily order backlog and drive revenue to meet financial commitments
Coordinate with supply planning to ensure all delivery dates are provided and accurate
Attend operations meetings to identify supply which will impact customer orders and communicate timely information to sales
Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce order to cash cycle time
Drive process automation and digitization leveraging AI and advanced technology
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years experience in an operations environment
Knowledge and experience using ERP systems, SAP and Oracle preferred
Highly motivated with positive attitude
Data analysis skills
Proven results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and well organized
Ability to multi-task and work confidently under pressure
