Responsibilities

Independently lead lab characterization and design validation efforts
Collaborate with design and systems teams to define experiments and test plans
Develop automated scripts for efficient data acquisition
Build and maintain test infrastructure
Perform statistical analysis to extract performance trends
Correlate lab and ATE measurements with simulation data
Assist with analog/mixed-signal simulations
Contribute to layout tasks—accelerating growth in ASIC development and validation

Required

Master's degree
Experience in characterizing high-precision data converters (DACs and ADCs)
Ability to independently lead lab characterization and design validation efforts
Experience collaborating with design and systems teams to define experiments and test plans
Ability to develop automated scripts for efficient data acquisition
Experience building and maintaining test infrastructure
Ability to perform statistical analysis to extract performance trends
Experience correlating lab and ATE measurements with simulation data
Experience assisting with analog/mixed-signal simulations
Experience contributing to layout tasks
