Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Strong connections and proven experience in the Charlotte market
A portfolio of successful local projects
Energy, confidence, and a collaborative leadership style
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent degree and/or experience
15+ years of engineering or related experience
Professional Engineer's License: licensed in NC required or ability to seek reciprocity and licensed in SC a plus
Experience and connections in the Charlotte, NC market
Self-motivated, engaged, team-oriented, communicative, and strategic thinker with strong leadership and management skills
Proven track record of mentoring and coaching
Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking
Proven track record of developing existing and new client relationships
