Social Media Account Executive, Public Relations Team

They are seeking a Social Media Account Executive to manage and grow the social media presence of clients in real estate, lifestyle, and hospitality, developing creative campaigns to drive engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities
• Content Creation & Management – Collaborate with our Creative and PR teams to create engaging content calendars, write compelling copy, and oversee design and video production to support client initiatives
• Community Engagement – Manage daily posting, audience interaction, and community growth across all social media channels. Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages, and identify opportunities to foster authentic engagement
• Social Media Strategy – Support development and implementation of social media strategies that align with client goals across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X. Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity for each client
• Analytics & Reporting – Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Client Support & Communication – Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule. Participate in client meetings and present results or strategy updates as needed
• Collaboration Across Divisions – Work closely with our Creative Studio and Events teams to develop integrated campaigns that combine design, experiential, and digital storytelling elements
• Trend Monitoring & Research – Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity. Bring fresh, creative ideas that strengthen client visibility and engagement
• Campaign Support – Assist in the planning and execution of paid and organic campaigns, ensuring alignment with client marketing and communications goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of hands-on social media management, preferably for real estate, lifestyle, B2B, or hospitality clients. Public relations experience is a plus
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. Comfortable creating and curating content for multiple platforms
Familiarity with social media analytics, content calendars, platform trends, and paid/organic campaigns
Ability to work closely with creative, events, and PR teams to develop integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; confident engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
Keeps up with social media trends, emerging tools, and best practices to deliver fresh ideas and innovative campaigns
Works well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates initiative, and approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
