The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as the main onsite HR contact for team members, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and team member engagement while supporting various HR operational activities.

Responsibilities

Provide first point of contact for Team Members on any inquiries or issues

Provide initial policy interpretation guidance to team members, escalating to People Partner, People Manager, Payroll or TMS. Types of Policies include LOA, PTO, Attendance, Benefit inquiries etc

Work with Building Leaders on Team Member engagement opportunities throughout the year

Support HR operational and cyclical activities, including (but not limited to): annual performance and development reviews, annual Our Voice Survey, benefits open enrollment, and required team member trainings

Conduct general administrative responsibilities, including New Hire Onboarding/paperwork

Oversee internal audits for the HR department – gathering and providing requested documentation promptly to ensure compliance and controls are intact as defined according to company policies
