Responsibilities
Candidates will work alongside a nationally recognized leader in the CMBS industry who has successfully managed complex litigation matters across the Midwest
His expertise includes defending against TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA claims, as well as handling high-stakes TCPA class actions for mortgage servicers and corporations
Opportunities include forward-facing client interactions and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in Financial Services Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and general Commercial Litigation
Strong academic background
Proven research skills
Exceptional litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Michigan
Preferred
Experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Experience in defending against TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA claims
Experience handling high-stakes TCPA class actions for mortgage servicers and corporations
