Finance Manager, Supply Chain Finance

The Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain will manage financial performance for the Americas regional supply chain, leading financial planning and analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for the Americas Supply Chain – managing P&L and balance sheet performance across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory
Partner with regional and global operations to optimize cost efficiency, service levels, and working capital while maintaining compliance and minimizing financial or operational risks
Own sourcing standard and actual costing processes. Analyze and tactically manage product cost structures—including purchase prices, freight, import duties and tariffs, and overheads—to ensure SKU-level profitability
Provide actionable financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to guide strategic and operational decision-making across supply chain functions
Support the annual budgeting process, monthly closings, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning
Ensure financial and operational process governance, maintaining strong controls and adherence to Fiskars’ policies and standards
Deliver high-quality performance reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for regional and global management
Partner with operations teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and financial transparency
Collaborate across business functions—including sourcing, logistics, commercial finance, and brand teams—to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and decision support
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor's required)
7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within supply chain, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries
Strong financial acumen with experience in end-to-end financial planning, cost analysis, and performance management
Demonstrated expertise in standard costing, cost structure analysis, and inventory valuation
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights that influence operational and strategic decisions
Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization; familiarity with global supply chain dynamics preferred
Strong business partnering skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
High proficiency in Excel and good command of other MS Office tools; extensive experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), consolidated reporting systems (HFM preferred), and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SAP BW
Fluent English required; additional languages beneficial
