Responsibilities

Deliver in-service, virtual, and hands-on clinical education and technical training for sales reps, service personnel, and rep firm technicians on topics including: sterilizers, washers, ultrasonics, infection prevention and reprocessing best practices
Drive customer engagement and lead generation through follow-up on qualified leads, nurturing customer relationships, and collaborating with Sales to identify and develop new opportunities across existing and prospective accounts
Develop and deliver SPD product training workshops and demos, both virtually and in-person, for internal sales teams and rep firms to drive funnel progression
Champion the voice of the customer through partnership with product management; capturing customer feedback, validating new offerings, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to product launch materials
Audit sterile processing workflows and equipment usage, documenting findings, recommending improvements, and closing gaps in compliance or efficiency
Create and maintain technical content, including: bulletins, quick-reference guides, and digital resources; ensuring ongoing access to up-to-date material for reps and customers
Represent Skytron at industry events and conferences, lead the annual SPD Sales/Service Summit, and coordinate roundtables and AORN-HSPA chapter meetings to drive sales engagement and knowledge sharing

Required

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Business or equivalent experience
5+ years of combined clinical and sales support experience in SPD or related areas
Solid understanding of surgical workflow, instrumentation, and reprocessing principles relevant to the product portfolio
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and virtual training platforms

Preferred

Possess at least Two professional SPD-related certifications, such as CRCST, CIS, CHL, CER, CIC, CCSVP (strongly preferred)
