Responsibilities
Participate in the month-end close process, including preparing, recording and reconciling month end journal entries for areas of responsibility
Assist in the recording of operational accounting entries, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately reflected in the general ledger
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for areas of responsibility
Prepare income statement analytical checks for areas of responsibility
Develop and optimize processes to streamline financial operations
Assist with payroll processing and intercompany transactions, as well as audit preparation
Support administrative accounting tasks and documentation
Other projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required
Minimum of 2+ years of progressive accounting experience: Ideally in a high-growth, dynamic, multi-entity environment, while handling complex financial scenarios
Expert proficiency in Excel is required
Preferred
CPA certification path preferred but not mandatory
Experience with Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, and UKG is preferred but not required
Familiarity with Ramp, Bill.com & Expensify is a plus
Knowledge of international operations and M&A is desirable
