Land Development Intern – Spring/Summer 2026
VHB is an innovative team of engineers, scientists, planners, and designers, and they are seeking a Land Development Intern for Spring and/or Summer 2026. The intern will work on civil engineering projects, learning technical skills and computation software while contributing to various development projects.

Responsibilities
Effectively interact with numerous VHB staff, clients, and consultants to advance projects in a timely manner
Engineering calculations
Preliminary and final design plans
Contract documents including specifications
Engineer’s estimates
Preparing construction documents
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing undergraduate or master's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
Strong interest in civil engineering
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated with attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Excels at working in a team environment
