Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Own the P&L for the Lending & Borrowing business unit — accountable for both revenue generation and cost efficiency

Define and execute the commercial strategy for Uphold’s digital asset lending products, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and profitability

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Risk, Treasury, and Compliance to ensure scalable and compliant business operations

Build and manage partnerships across the crypto ecosystem — including institutional lenders, exchanges, decentralized protocols, and liquidity providers

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a results-driven, innovative, and risk-aware culture

Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on all matters related to digital asset credit markets, DeFi integration, and on/off-ramp liquidity management
