Responsibilities
Collaborate with customer business and technology leaders to identify compelling use cases for the Pryon Platform, perform detailed scoping exercises and feasibility studies
Define the economic impact of deploying the Pryon Platform to address customers’ business challenges
Provide input on product direction and strategy based on direct customer experience and feedback– serve as internal “voice of the customer” within Pryon
Build and validate powerful RAG workflows leveraging and extending Pryon’s platform
Perform customer-facing configuration, software development and testing, solution deployment, training, and change management activities – to drive successful go-lives of Pryon-powered customer solutions and stimulate adoption and business value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
7 years of work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting
Experience and deep interest in working with AI/ML, NLP, knowledge management, and cloud computing technologies
Programming experience in NLP, ML, AI, and data science in general (Python preferred)
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures
Understanding of the competitive landscape in NLP and knowledge management platforms
Competency in public speaking and senior stakeholder interaction
Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Outstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas
