Responsibilities
To work safely no matter what. Safety is our highest priority
Learn to lay out and install commercial duct work in a wide variety of job settings
Unload, move, and handle commercial-scale duct work
Properly finish and seal duct work
Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roof
Assist with installing commercial HVAC equipment
Learn to use a variety of power & hand tools
Qualification
Required
No prior experience is required; we offer on-the-job training (OJT)
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Keep it a Drug-free Workplace
Be punctual and reliable
Work as a team
Do Basic 'Tape measure math'
Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors
Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs
Work efficiently in confined spaces
Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending
Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination
Preferred
Prior experience with sheet metal may increase your starting pay
