Senior Tax Manager, Real Estate

Responsibilities
Provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base within the construction and real estate industries
Perform tax research, work with clients on tax matters, and implement special projects
Identify and implement tax planning, preparation of tax calculations, and management of client relationships
Develop staff in a highly interactive team environment
Lead multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
BS in Accounting required
CPA required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting focusing on real estate and construction
Successful engagement and client management skills
Working with the tax team to identify and resolve client issues
Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise
Experience with growing client relationships
Strong leadership and mentorship experience
Preferred
Masters in Taxation or LLM is a plus
Real Estate Partnership preferred
