Schaeffer Manufacturing is looking for self-driven professionals who want to build a long-term, repeat-order business through relationship-based selling. The role involves selling premium lubricants and fuel additives, with a focus on building a book of business and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
Build a business through relationship-based selling
Sell industrial lubricants, hydraulic oils, heavy-duty engine oils, greases, fuel additives, and specialty products
Work with manufacturing, fleet, construction, agriculture, mining, and food production sectors
Manage your own book of business and recurring revenue
Create your own schedule
Qualification
Required
Self-driven professionals
Ability to build a long-term, repeat-order business
Experience in relationship-based selling
Ability to work independently as a 1099 independent contractor
Willingness to sell industrial lubricants, hydraulic oils, heavy-duty engine oils, greases, fuel additives, and specialty products
Ability to work with various industries including manufacturing, fleet, construction, agriculture, mining, and food production
