Responsibilities

Oversee all website operations including channel management, performance, and functionality. Ensures consistency in branding, messaging, and experience across all sites
Work cross-functionally to develop channel strategies that meet the business objectives outlined in the brief. Work with Analytics to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor performance, and optimize strategy
Lead, manage all web projects from concept to execution including timelines, resources, quality, and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure alignment
Manage Content Management System (CMS) platforms including process, workflows, and governance. Help advise IT on integrations with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), media and other marketing automation platforms
Work with Analytics and supporting stakeholders to manage website performance, reporting dashboards, KPIs, and optimizations to maintain overall site health

Required

Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Marketing, IT, or related field
Between 3-5 years of experience in website management
More than 5 years of experience in Marketing or related field
