Director of Direct-To-Consumer Marketing

Omni-Biotic is a leading European probiotic brand that is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) Marketing to lead their marketing efforts. The role involves owning the strategy and execution across various digital marketing channels, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and campaign management to enhance brand experience.

Responsibilities

Lead DTC growth strategy and execution across paid acquisition, email, and website optimization
Manage our DTC marketing team while also operating with a start-up mentality and executing tasks yourself
Oversee day-to-day campaign management, including content planning, channel execution, and launch coordination
Drive new customer acquisition through performance marketing, SEO, and affiliate programs—testing new ideas and iterating quickly
Own retention and lifecycle strategy—ensuring segmentation, timing, and messaging drive repeat purchase and increase LTV
Manage cross-functional timelines and deliverables, working closely with design, CX, operations, and leadership
Analyze performance metrics to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where we go next
Bring curiosity, hunger, and heart to every aspect of the customer journey

Required

Several years of experience in DTC e-commerce marketing, ideally with a wellness or science-based brand (this can include having consulted in or worked directly in this industry)
Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and major ad platforms (Meta, Google)
Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude; comfortable in both high-level planning and tactical execution
Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, CRO, retention marketing, and performance metrics
Strong understanding of brand storytelling, customer psychology, and funnel optimization
Organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven—with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people feel their best
