Responsibilities

Provide full lifecycle deal operations support across private credit, litigation finance, and asset-backed finance transactions

Review and approve third-party and servicer reporting packages for cash settlements

Maintain investment accounting records with external service providers

Oversee cash controls, monitor accounts, and perform reconciliations

Build monthly portfolio review materials for ongoing investment oversight

Track and maintain deal pipelines and related portfolio data

Manage liquidity and cash positioning for new and follow-on deal fundings

Partner with investment teams on pre-close operational due diligence, background checks, and KYC coordination

Support ad hoc analyses and diligence on new structures, platforms, and warehouse facilities

Collaborate with risk leadership on post-close portfolio monitoring

Prepare presentation materials for internal and external audiences, including committees and investors
