Head of Marketing
egnite Health is a rapidly growing digital healthcare company dedicated to improving care for cardiovascular patients. The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and execution, focusing on brand messaging, customer acquisition, and growth strategies while managing a high-performing marketing team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's marketing objectives and align them with overall business goals
Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences (US-based hospitals and US-based data buyers)
Ensure consistency of brand voice and identity across all marketing channels and materials
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Direct the work of external market research and creative firms to design and deploy marketing initiatives
Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising
Optimize digital channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
Work closely with product development teams to create go-to-market strategies for new products and features
Develop compelling product messaging and positioning to differentiate from competitors
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to grow the CardioCare and egnite RWE customer base
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that drives results
Collaborate with external partners to co-create marketing initiatives
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Monitor and report on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives and campaigns
Oversee public relations efforts to enhance the company's reputation and visibility
Manage communication strategies, including press releases, media relations, and crisis management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a marketing or strategy leadership role within the digital health, structural heart, and/or cardiovascular healthcare data industry
Proven track record of building and managing high performing marketing teams
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including analytics and performance metrics
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through digital solutions
Preferred
Experience in the cardiovascular space, especially structural heart and messaging digital health programs to hospital clinical and administrative buyers
Experience in highly clinical marketing environments a plus
Exposure to hospital-based change management programs and/or quality consulting services a plus
