They are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to provide individual therapy, facilitate group sessions, and conduct assessments for both adults and adolescents in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy to a small caseload of clients (adolescents and adults)
Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the outpatient program schedule
Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and document clinical findings in accordance with program standards
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and program requirements
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Participate in clinical supervision, case discussions, and training as scheduled
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, with completion of a clinical internship
Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and progress documentation
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-based approach to care
