Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to expert for Salesforce, ensuring its effective usage and integration across teams

Oversee the Surgeon Recruiting P-card, process expense reports, and ensure accurate tracking of financials

Take ownership of creating and developing marketing collateral for both digital and print distribution

Manage logistics for society meeting attendance, including registration, shipping of materials, and coordination of travel details

Run the National Practitioner Database (NPDB) reports to ensure compliance and maintain accuracy in the credentialing process during the recruitment cycle

Assist the recruiters with administrative tasks, including processing paperwork, scheduling interviews, and coordinating travel arrangements for candidates

Manage interview scheduling in collaboration with recruiters, candidates, and interview teams, ensuring a smooth and professional process

Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules, last-minute changes, and problem-solving as needed

Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition tracking within the applicant tracking system

Provide logistical support for hiring events, including venue coordination, candidate communication, and materials preparation

Research and establish relationships with third-party recruitment sources to enhance hiring strategies

Support employment branding efforts by monitoring and maintaining Aesthetic Physicians, PC’s website and LinkedIn page with relevant recruitment updates
