Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service in a welcoming and professional manner
Greet patients and visitors as they arrive
Answer and route incoming calls appropriately
Assist patients with completing intake and insurance forms
Accurately input patient data into the electronic medical record system
Schedule and confirm appointments
Process and collect patient payments
