Responsibilities
Manage user and group access through Azure Active Directory and RBAC
Implement and enforce Azure Policy and compliance standards
Maintain cloud infrastructure security, monitoring, and performance optimization
Support hybrid identity and access configurations
Develop and manage infrastructure deployments using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
Implement automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for cloud resource provisioning and maintenance
Manage cost and resource optimization in alignment with FinOps best practices
Configure and maintain Azure Networking (VNets, VPNs, NSGs, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
Implement Network Security controls and monitoring across Azure resources
Work with security and compliance teams to ensure data protection and regulatory adherence
Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) plans for Azure workloads
Ensure backup, replication, and failover mechanisms are tested and operational
Deploy, manage, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
Integrate and manage M365 services, ensuring smooth user access and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure administration and cloud infrastructure
Strong understanding of Azure governance, networking, and security best practices
Azure certifications preferred (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, or AZ-700)
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management
Working knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and governance
Familiarity with hybrid environments (on-premises and Azure)
Scripting experience in PowerShell or Azure CLI
