Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for new electronic component products and make recommendations for product development
Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales representatives, answering questions and providing solutions
Provide technical support to internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service
Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competition
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality and reliability
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market share
Provide training and education to internal teams and customers on electronic components
Participate in industry events, such as trade shows and conferences, to stay informed about new products and trends

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in electronic component product management or a related field
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business or a related field)
Excellent knowledge of electronic components, including their applications and specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multinational teams
Experience with product development and management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Willingness to travel internationally for industry events and supplier meetings 30-40%
This position may require compliance with ITAR export regulations; applicants must be U.S. citizens or have permanent resident status
