Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain HR data tables in the Data Warehouse to support current and future analytics use cases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security in all backend processes
Create and provision datasets that enable automated, real-time HR dashboards and scorecards in Power BI, driving self-service analytics and performance insights
Collaborate with IT, HRIS, and analytics teams to align on data architecture, governance, and system integrations that ensure seamless interoperability
Partner with the Sr. Director of HRIS & Analytics to execute initiatives aligned with the HRIS roadmap and organizational priorities
Translate business needs into technical requirements, delivering scalable, actionable analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making
Lead adoption efforts to automate and enhance the accuracy and usability of HR dashboards and reporting in Power BI
Develop and maintain HR SOPs to document and communicate system, reporting, data warehouse, and process updates
Manage and execute multiple projects concurrently, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality data solutions and continuous improvement in HR analytics capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics or related discipline or equivalent years of experience
5-8 years Experience in a HRIS (e.g., Workday) role or progressive experience in an analytical role; preferably HR
Ability to manage backend infrastructure supporting HR Analytics
Ability to manage, organize and prioritize workload
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques
Strong project and process management skills
Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Solid process documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with enterprise Datawarehouse platforms
Experience building or enabling dashboards in Power BI
