They are seeking a Founding Business Development Representative to fuel pipeline generation, refine outbound strategies, and collaborate closely with leadership to define the outbound engine.

Responsibilities

Build and refine targeted outbound strategies into high value verticals

Research prospects deeply and craft messages that speak to their roadmap, pain points, and potential crypto strategy

Create and manage early stage pipeline in Salesforce and support weekly pipeline reviews with the revenue team

Qualify inbound interest, run first touch discovery, and prep AEs to advance high quality opportunities

Collaborate with product, partnerships, and marketing to shape messaging, personas, and outbound campaigns

Bring structured feedback from customers and the market to GTM leadership

Constantly experiment, iterate, and help build the playbook for outbound at Turnkey

Qualification

Required

1 to 3 years in BDR, SDR, or similar outbound roles

Strong written communication: crisp, thoughtful outreach that feels personalized and strategic

High curiosity for crypto, payments, fintech, or developer products

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and tell a clear story

Competitive, motivated resilient, and hungry to build something new

Comfortable working directly with founders, senior leaders, and enterprise stakeholders

Bias for action: you move fast, ask smart questions, and figure things out

Preferred

startup or fintech/crypto experience is a plus, but not required
