They are seeking an experienced Construction Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety and quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and schedule daily electrical field activities

Ensure all work meets NEC, state, local codes, and our high safety standards

Manage and mentor electricians, foremen, and subcontractors

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans

Partner closely with PMs and other trade superintendents to coordinate workflow and resolve field issues

Monitor progress, materials, and labor to maintain productivity and budget

Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and enforce OSHA and company protocols

Identify potential delays or change orders and address them proactively

Maintain accurate daily logs, progress tracking, and inspection documentation

Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors, engineers, and internal teams
