Responsibilities
Review completed construction projects to confirm customer requirements were met
Interface with customers on concerns and complaints regarding completed projects for both in-house crews and sub-contractors
Ensure that all permitting and bonding requirements have been met on job sites
Prepare and maintain quality assurance reporting
