Design, develop, deploy, and support AI-powered solutions

Provide second- and third-level support

Mentor business users and citizen developers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into business-critical workflows

Enable infrastructure readiness

Contribute to the AI Center of Excellence

Integrate intelligent automation tools across the enterprise

Qualification

Required

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)

Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain)

Experience with generative AI techniques including fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Proficiency in Python

Proficiency in SQL

Solid understanding of vector databases

Solid understanding of semantic search

Solid understanding of dimensional data modeling

Experience with Databricks

Experience with serverless deployments (e.g., Azure Functions)

Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Ability to provide second- and third-level support

Ability to mentor business users and citizen developers

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into business-critical workflows

Ability to enable infrastructure readiness for AI initiatives

Ability to contribute to the AI Center of Excellence
