Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2026 Land Planner/Urban Planning Intern at their home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The intern will work closely with the Development team to assist with site design for upcoming development projects and support various activities related to land planning and technical drawings.

Assist project teams with site planning design for multifamily projects

Support a wide variety of activities associated with land planning and technical drawings

Engage in the review of project due diligence materials, site and municipal requirement research, and preparation of presentation materials

Assist Development team with any additional project items and tasks

Qualification

Required

Junior or senior level student in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Real Estate or related program

Available 40 hours per week during summer
