Responsibilities

Independently perform plumbing design assignments with general technical guidance on unusual or complex problems
Create plumbing designs for construction
Gather existing plumbing conditions and support construction efforts on project sites
Coordinate work activities with other design and engineering professionals and project management

Qualification

Plumbing design experienceRevit proficiencyAutoCAD proficiencyPlumbing codes knowledgeClash detection understandingPassion for constructionTeam collaboration

Required

10+ years of experience in practical application experience of plumbing design, including waste and vent, domestic hot and cold water, and storm water related to building systems
Proficient working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software
General working knowledge of plumbing codes
An understanding of clash detection, clash resolution and building system coordination

Preferred

Associates Degree in a related technical discipline is preferred
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams, with the client, and construction team
Passion for buildings and construction
