Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Mid-Market Account Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development
Drive customer retention and expansion by ensuring the team is delivering value, deepening strategic relationships, and proactively managing risk
Own team performance against renewal and upsell targets, pipeline development, and account health metrics
Partner cross-functionally with Services, Program Management, Product, and Support to align on customer strategy and drive outcomes
Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and forecast hygiene to support predictable growth across your book of business
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve team efficiency, identify risk and upsell opportunities, and streamline account workflows
Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to scale customer insights, optimize renewal forecasting, and personalize outreach at scale
Contribute to the global Account Management leadership team, helping to shape vision, process, and culture as Botify scales

Required

Based in the NYC Metropolitan area – this role requires 3-4 days in person working from our NYC office
7-10+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS
3+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of developing and retaining top talent
Experience managing mid-market or commercial customer segments with ownership over revenue goals
Proven ability to balance customer advocacy with commercial outcomes
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities
Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and ability to influence internally and externally
Strong operational rigor – experience with Salesforce, forecast management, and scalable processes

Preferred

SEO or digital marketing experience a plus
