Required

High School Diploma/GED equivalent
Minimum of 2 years in healthcare
Proven experience in ambulatory practice operations, including patient scheduling, registration, patient flow, follow-up coordination, and referral management
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
Confident public speaker, comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with agility and focus
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks
Excellent organizational skills, with the flexibility to adapt and shift between tasks as needed
Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a track record of making sound decisions independently
Energetic and self-motivated leader, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to challenges
Deep passion for patient care, with a commitment to excellence in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape

Preferred

Minimum of 1 year of data analytics experience
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
Working in Epic or other practice management system experiences
Provider template experience
Epic Reporting Experience
