Responsibilities
Work side-by-side with our product designer to prototype and refine features
Build fast, reusable components in React and Tailwind
Ensure cross-browser performance and accessibility
Polish details: motion, states, typography, and interactions
Contribute to our design system and set standards
Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship what has the highest impact
Qualification
Required
Strong in modern front-end (React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS)
Comfortable working from Figma to production
Obsessed about performance and cross-browser quirks
Actionable taste for interaction details: motion, spacing, typography, affordance, and signifiers
Preferred
Bonus: experience with WebGL, Three.js, or creative coding
