Process Student Employment hiring paperwork
File hiring paperwork in our electronic filing system, OnBase
Assist with Student Employment events, such as the annual Job Fair, Student Employment Appreciation Week, and Resource Fairs as schedule allows
Creating and putting together Student Employment flyers and brochures
Processing Background Checks
Help maintain Social Media Platforms
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Federal Work Study eligible
Familiar with computer software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Comfortable with Facebook, and other social media platforms
Willingness to learn the hiring processes
Able to work as a team member and in an individual setting
Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate)
