Responsibilities
Ensures accuracy of account information for new and renewal polices and endorsements
Audits for accuracy in rating, typing, coverages and signatures
Markets both new and renewal accounts. Identifies account coverages that should be added or expanded
Maintains accounts and activities per Agency procedures
Serves as a mentor, positive role model and trainer to staff
Performs annual Employee Performance Appraisals for team members
Resolve Employee Relations issues with assistance from Human Resources
Attends client meeting with or without Producer as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree from college or technical school; or 6-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Property and Casualty License
8+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance with 5+ years of experience of independently managing a book at an insurance agency
Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Agency Management Software; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
