Responsibilities

Architect and scale the growth experimentation system: design frameworks, APIs, and data models that allow the team to test and learn rapidly
Lead the technical roadmap for growth engineering: define priorities, balance experimentation velocity with code quality, and scalability
Instrument for precision: implement analytics and telemetry pipelines that make every test measurable and actionable
Integrate AI and automation: build feedback loops using AI to generate hypotheses, run tests, optimize funnels, and personalize experiences dynamically
Mentor and multiply: guide engineers in building with a growth mindset — focusing on experimentation, velocity, and data-informed iteration
Partner cross-functionally: work closely with Product and Marketing to align growth experiments with company OKRs and patient impact
Drive measurable results: translate engineering output directly into activation, retention, and efficiency gains

Required

Experience in architecting and scaling growth experimentation systems
Proficiency in designing frameworks, APIs, and data models for rapid testing and learning
Ability to lead technical roadmaps for growth engineering, balancing experimentation velocity with code quality and scalability
Experience implementing analytics and telemetry pipelines for measurable and actionable tests
Knowledge of integrating AI and automation into growth processes
Experience in building feedback loops using AI for hypothesis generation, test running, funnel optimization, and dynamic personalization
Ability to mentor engineers with a focus on experimentation, velocity, and data-informed iteration
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align growth experiments with company objectives
Proven track record of driving measurable results in activation, retention, and efficiency gains

Preferred

Experience with LLMs and automation as core tools in engineering
