They are seeking an individual to setup and operate a fin press and mechanical expander, ensuring the production of high-quality fins and coils while assisting in personnel training.

Responsibilities
Setup and operate a fin press and/or a mechanical expander per instructions from a Group Leader to produce fins or complete coils of acceptable quality
Setup and operate a fin press for various fins per inch and corrugation, setup and operate an expander for various coil widths, lengths, depths and designs and coil assembly
Recognize malfunctions of equipment versus improper setup when products do not agree with drawings
Read and interpret drawings
Use various measuring instruments and assist in training personnel as required
Performs other duties as assigned
Assists in personnel training as required

Ability to setup and operate a fin press for various fins per inch and corrugation
Ability to setup and operate an expander for various coil widths, lengths, depths and designs
