Responsibilities

Spearhead Strategic Initiatives: Structure and execute ad-hoc strategic initiatives by developing comprehensive work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading detailed analyses, developing actionable recommendations, and establishing new operating cadences where necessary
Drive business expansion: Oversee the creation of robust business cases for new market, country, or partner entry, expansion, or exit, ensuring thorough analysis and strategic alignment with business goals
Annual Planning and OKR-Setting: Lead the annual planning process and OKR-setting for individual cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and focus on key business priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or related fields; or 8+ years with an advanced degree
Proven track record (8+ years) of developing business strategies and managing cross-functional initiatives, preferably in media or digital industries
Extensive experience (8+ years) working with executive stakeholders in fast-paced, results-driven environments
Deep understanding of digital products, subscriptions and advertising business models
Strong background in media, tech, or consumer products industries
