Responsibilities
Support development directors on active projects through financial analysis, due diligence, and market research
Assist in underwriting and evaluating new development opportunities, including preparation of investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal review
Analyze project budgets, schedules, and pro formas to support decision-making throughout the development process
Participate in design coordination and entitlement efforts, interfacing with architects, consultants, and local agencies
Collaborate with construction management, investment, and operations teams to ensure alignment across project stages
Prepare materials for senior management and investment committee meetings
Conduct research on local market dynamics, construction costs, and capital trends to inform development strategy
Qualification
Required
Current MBA or Master's student (Class of 2027) with a focus in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, or Construction Management
3–5+ years of prior professional experience in real estate development, project management, construction, or related fields
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with development modeling preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, proactive, and intellectually curious team player
Preferred
