Responsibilities
Source, outreach to, and build relationships with crypto and blockchain founders
Identify promising crypto projects that align with StartEngine’s mission and platform criteria
Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to signing and onboarding new clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from prospect to active campaign
Stay up-to-date on trends, emerging players, and developments across the crypto and Web3 landscape
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Proven success selling to founders and startup executives — ideally in early-stage, high-growth, or tech-driven environments
Deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem — including fundraising models, tokenization, and major industry players
Existing relationships or a strong network within the crypto startup community
Strong business development and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset — comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
