Territory Manager

Responsibilities

Drive sales by promoting a portfolio of products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers
Communicate product launches, pricing updates, and value propositions effectively
Develop and manage lead generation strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline
Set and achieve team sales targets; provide informal leadership and guidance to junior staff
Manage a mid-sized domestic territory or account with autonomy
Build deep expertise in business, financials, market trends, and customer needs
Lead small sales teams on a project basis to meet client-specific goals
Negotiate product/service terms and manage account strategy independently
Handle complex sales processes and large accounts; may serve as team lead

Required

5 to 10 years of experience within account management
Experience with rotating equipment/mechanical seals, or pumps
Driven, motivated, detailed, and self-sufficient

Preferred

BSME or equivalent engineering degree
