Responsibilities

Drive product vision and execution: Translate business goals into clear, prioritized roadmaps across CRM, workflow automation, analytics, and agentic experiences — delivering measurable impact for bankers and leadership
Blend strategy with technical depth: Write SQL, explore data in Snowflake, and use Honeycomb and other observability tools to validate hypotheses, debug issues, and inform data-driven decisions
Prototype and collaborate: Work with Design in Figma to create interactive prototypes, visualize workflows, and refine user experiences before engineering builds
Ship with precision: Partner with Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products — instrumenting KPIs, tracking adoption, and iterating based on performance

Required

8+ years of product management experience, a pro if in fintech or enterprise Saas
Proven success building and scaling internal tools, CRMs, or workflow platforms
Strong understanding of data systems, analytics, and process automation; familiarity with tools like Retool, Snowflake, or Vertex AI a plus
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — you can translate between business and technical teams with ease
Experience in high-performing, fast-paced environments that demand precision and accountability
A structured thinker with bias for action and relentless focus on delivery
