Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for production, testing, and end-user applications

Follow the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality software delivery

Work with the team to research and integrate external software packages

Gain hands-on experience with networking concepts and database management

Contribute to the development of REST APIs and web applications

Required

Currently pursuing a Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science degree, with at least two years completed (one year for graduate students)

Basic knowledge of software development techniques and tools

Experience with both a compiled language and a scripting language (Python preferred)

Familiarity with networking concepts, including IP addressing, sockets, and routing

Exposure to relational databases (MySQL, SQLite, or similar)

Willingness to research and integrate external software packages

Preferred

Experience with web application development and JavaScript frameworks (Node, Angular) is a plus

Exposure to time-series databases and SNMP is a plus
