Talent Hackers is seeking an AI Automation Engineer who is passionate about building smart, self-learning systems for marketing automation. The role involves designing and deploying AI systems that autonomously manage marketing tasks across various platforms, integrating APIs and ensuring system performance.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that autonomously plan, execute, and optimize marketing tasks (e.g., campaign setup, ad testing, creative generation, and reporting)
Integrate LLMs, APIs, and marketing platforms (Roku ads platform, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) into cohesive multi-step agent frameworks
Develop memory, reasoning, and feedback loops for agents to improve over time
Implement automation pipelines connecting data sources (e.g., CRM, Sheets, analytics dashboards) to agentic workflows
Collaborate with marketing and data teams to identify high-ROI use cases for AI agent
Maintain system performance, logging, and monitoring to ensure safe, efficient operation

Required

5+ years of development experience with Python or Node.js
Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, API orchestration, and agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
Proven experience integrating marketing APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, and autonomous task planning
Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work full-time EST

Preferred

Prior experience in marketing automation or ad tech systems
Exposure to React, RAG, or self-reflective agent architectures
Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment
