Responsibilities

Ownership of monthly reporting deliverables, including reporting to parent company and management reporting
Ownership of quarterly forecasting deliverables
Improve financial forecasting & reporting processes/capabilities through use of advanced tools (Power Query, SQL, Python, etc.)
Build financial reporting dashboards through Power BI to drive visibility into key metrics
Build financial models in support of critical business initiatives (i.e., new product models, headcount, etc.)
Analysis of subscription revenue metrics to help drive decisions across the business
Work on cross-functional projects with Sales, Product Development, IT, etc
Lead process improvement opportunities across finance & other functions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance/accounting, or data analytics
Advanced analytics and financial forecasting/modeling skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
History of implementing process improvements
Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively deal with ambiguity
Strong desire to learn & continuously develop skillsets
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills

Preferred

Understanding of subscription revenue model
Understanding of Power Query and Power BI
Understanding of SQL, Python, and/or other programming languages
