Responsibilities

Collaborate with field superintendents and estimating to provide labor breakdown phasing to facilitate labor tracking
Participate in the evolution of publishing Construction Schedules- Update schedule on a weekly basis
Assist in the commodity, equipment, and subcontractor submittal process
Assist in the procurement of required equipment and subcontractors for the project
Survey, update and publish labor tracking and installation productivity to field on weekly basis
Assist and participate in weekly construction team meetings and create “4-week” look ahead production goals
Participate in monthly project update with estimate to complete forecast and margin gain and fade to Operations Manager
Participate in job site client relations
Final Contractual Obligations
Compile and transmit all obligated and necessary closeout documents to client
Other tasks and duties as assigned

Required

0-5 years of experience as a project engineer
Proficiency in MS Office
Understanding of mechanical systems and a curiosity to learn new skills, especially with design build projects and life sciences
Able to learn and utilize construction software platforms
Outstanding organizational skills and able to manage time appropriately to stay on top of tasks and deadlines
Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills
Able to be a team player, but also work independently
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Project engineering: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Union City, CA 94587 (Required)
