Responsibilities

Greet all guests promptly with a smile and sincere welcome. Assist with venue directions as needed. Thank guests for their visit and warmly invite them to return. Communicate guest feedback and concerns to management

Manage incoming guest flow. Estimate and communicate wait times, and escort guests to appropriate areas (e.g., tables, bars, elevators, stairs, waiting zones, or retail sections)

Provide confident and friendly guidance to guests, including details of upcoming events

Maintain waitlist to maximize service efficiency. Communicate ongoing logistics such as wait time, large parties, special events, etc. to restaurant management

Walk with guests while escorting them to tables, present menus, and wait for guests to settle before leaving the table

Maintain clean and orderly food service environments during operation and after service. Follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies in public areas and back of house

Support basic front-of-house service needs. Deliver food and beverages to table and pre-bus as needed

Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, training, and company policies

Attend pre-shift meetings and complete defined opening, running, and closing duties

Model company service basics. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management

Perform other duties as assigned
