Responsibilities
Convert operational needs and leadership direction into clear architectures, deliverables, and agent capabilities
Maintain and evolve core agent frameworks, ensuring changes propagate consistently, and data integrity is preserved
Break work into executable increments, assign resources, and ensure timely, aligned delivery
Guide intermediate and junior developers in workflow design, coding standards, testing, and reliability practices
Communicate trade-offs and technical considerations to non-technical stakeholders, and propose alternatives when constraints arise
Qualification
Required
Experience in designing and delivering AI agents that automate administrative workflows
Proficiency in tech stack: React, Next.js, Python, Azure, Minio, Weaviate, Ollama, Postgres, Redis
Ability to translate high-level vision into actionable technical direction
Experience in breaking complex work into deliverable components
Experience in guiding intermediate and junior developers in workflow design, coding standards, testing, and reliability practices
Strong communication skills to convey technical considerations to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to propose alternatives when constraints arise
Demonstrated results and impact in delivering measurable outcomes and business value
Ability to elevate team performance and create influence without being asked
Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and embody a growth mindset
Proactive in identifying and solving problems
