Responsibilities
Manage and deliver multiple projects or programs across diverse technologies and domains
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Drive stakeholder communication and reporting, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business units
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery
Manage project governance, metrics, and compliance with organizational standards
Support pre-sales activities including proposal creation, solution presentations, and estimation
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, process optimization, and innovation
Lead and mentor project managers and team members to ensure effective performance and growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing role
Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects or programs
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
Experience in resource planning, budgeting, and project financials
Preferred
PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification (preferred)
